Return policy

Cancellations

All orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse and a return has been initiated with customer service.


General Returns

If you wish to return a product for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. Simply contact our customer service team at contact@mybeautylondon.co.uk, and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Liquid items are non-refundable due to safety and hygiene concerns.
  • Sale items and purchases older than 30 days are not eligible for returns.
  • Items purchased using a promotion, sale, or coupon code are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Note: If a return is accepted under special circumstances, a 25% restocking fee may apply.


Returned to Sender, Refused & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Ensure it includes:

  • Street numbers
  • Apartment/building numbers
  • Correct abbreviations and route information

MyBeautyLondon is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided was incorrect at the time of purchase.


Shipping Limitations

Orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as it complies with our shipping restrictions. If a shipment is lost, we will issue a replacement order. If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be considered based on carrier confirmation.


International Orders

We are a UK-based company shipping primarily from the United Kingdom. International customers may be responsible for:

  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees
  • VAT

These fees are the customer's responsibility. If you choose not to pay these fees, your package may be returned. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus any return shipping fees.


Returning an Item

Follow these steps to process your return:

  1. Contact customer service at contact@mybeautylondon.co.uk to obtain a return authorization.
  2. Re-pack the product(s) in its original packaging, including all:
    • Warranty cards
    • Manuals
    • Accessories
    • Protective packaging
  3. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email.
  4. Send the package using a registered, traceable delivery method.

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged during delivery or the wrong item was shipped.
